Limited 15-Day Return Policy

You should be certain in your decision to purchase a sample from Wilsonart International, Inc., and must agree to this policy before completing your purchase. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

• Return for replacement within: 15 business days

This is our Detailed Limited 15-Day Return Policy on chargeable sample(s). Items covered by this policy include sample(s) sold and fulfilled by Wilsonart International, Inc.

All patterns selections are non-refundable and this supersedes all other return policies. If a sample is deemed defective it may be returned for a replacement within 15 business days only. Returns should be conducted by sending an e-mail to Smartline@wilsonart.com within 15 business days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

If you return your sample(s) after 15 business days of purchase, you will not be entitled to a replacement.
